for 2009-10 Tomas Kobolka was nominated for the Sovereign European Art Prize London, Great Britain.
The painters of the competition are recommended by advisers from all over Europe, and in addition to the chairman, the legend of the pop art of the 1960s, Sir Peter Blake, the jury also includes the French curator, critic and writer Ami Barak.
For the Czech Republic, Tomas Kobolka was nominated by a jury composed of:
